We Are Pleased to Announce the new release of CoHost Market 2.0

We have some exciting updates about the new version of CoHost Market 2.0, which is now live. Before we get into all that, though, we would like to announce. That we are extending all paid Co-Host subscriptions (both Standard and Pro) to one year from today. This is our way of showing how much we appreciate you supporting the platform early on. And how much it means to us that you are a part of the Co-Host movement. We are confident that the future holds tremendous growth for the platform. Also we thrilled that you are going to be a part of it.

New version of Co-Host Market:

In the new version, we have set up a payment gateway system between property owners. And co-hosts and enabled users to choose their own payout methods. We have also introduced detailed commission tracking. Also record keeping of all the payments property owners send. Improved the conversation functionality. Added a wish list feature so that users can follow each other, protected ID verification. Through Amazon Web Services (AWS), redesigned the Co-Host profile page. Enhanced the members area, optimized map coverage. And made improvements to the review system.

For Airbnb Co-Hosts & Short-term rental Property Managers:

we are introducing several new features: we have added Co-Host coverage areas from 5 to 30 square-km so that all Co-Hosts will display for an area in a search, enabled Co-Hosts and property managers to find property owners and make them offers for management / cleaning other services, opened search results to up to five different locations depending on subscription type, increased coverage area for Co-Hosts, integrated PRO badges for Pro subscriptions, worked in suggested Co-Host profiles, opened up direct hiring for Co-Hosts from their profiles, listed response times and response rates, and set up account holds and search hiding.

For property owners, CoHost Market 2.0 we have also introduced several new features: we have launched a form through which property owners can receive notifications when a Co-Host pops up in the area, added picture galleries for properties, listed specific information fields for properties, set up profile hiding and deactivation, simplified the profile set-up process, and launched “new job offer” postings.
