Hello! My name is Audrey and I have been a co-host/Vacation Rental Property manager since 2016. I have done everything from being a 24/7 on-call "Front Desk" for the guests, doing the actual cleanings myself, schedule routine property maintenance, restocking the home of essential supplies, and serve as the liaison between guests and the homeowner. Being a co-host fits well into my busy lifestyle with juggling my son’s schedule and my schedule of being in graduate school. I absolutely love co-hosting and am hoping to bring back on 2-6 homes within a 30-mile radius of my current home in Louisville.
I am available to do the cleanings, bookings, and any other property maintenance needed to make sure your home is ready to go for each guest. I do have homeowner references if needed as well.
