Hi! I am Stacy, and along with my mom, Bobbi, I've spent the past four years coaching hundreds of STR owners on how to self-manage their properties using OwnerRez. We are OwnerRez experts and will save you countless hours and frustration getting your listings completely set up on OwnerRez. When you are done working with us, you, too, will be an OwnerRez expert and an STR star host!

Our program empowers property owners to take control of their vacation rentals by learning self-management essentials. Through our focused 1:1 coaching, you'll master automating your processes with OwnerRez pms and various other management apps like Pricelabs and Remote Lock, ensuring your property runs smoothly and efficiently with minimal hands-on involvement. Whether you're new to self-management or looking to refine your approach, We will equip you with the tools and knowledge to optimize your property's performance and maximize your returns.

  • Most systems we will set up with you in The Utmost Host's Coaching Program are software platforms, so it is helpful to be comfortable with technology. We will guide you until you feel comfortable using all the software independently.
  • At this time, we only offer the OwnerRez set-up because we believe it is the best in the industry!
  • Absolutely! OwnerRez will make it even easier to manage your listing and communicate with your guests! We can import your listing to OwnerRez and improve the listing and booking process from there!
  • Our coaches will help you set up one property as part of the program. We suggest you duplicate what you learn in each lesson immediately following the session on the other properties while it's fresh in your mind. You will also have video lessons to refresh your memory if you are setting up the other properties at a different time. We offer paid hourly sessions if you use up your initial hours and need more coaching to set up the other properties.
  • Both! You will have a real-live coach working with you! You will work personally with Bobbi and Stacy, who will coach you via 1:1 Zoom calls throughout the entire setup process for your listing. We will also share support materials, such as videos, to help reinforce what you learn in our coaching sessions.
  • Your short-term rental is a significant investment that only starts making you money once you rent it out. Trying to get your business started on your own with no help can often be overwhelming, and it takes months (even years) of trial and error to get it right. Our Host Coaching Program shortens the learning curve and helps you get your short-term rental listed and renting in just weeks! And, best of all, we teach you to do it right the first time. The program is self-paced, and our coaches allow several calls per week if you want to speed up the process a bit. We generally encourage clients to allow 3-6 weeks to set up the listings and learn the systems.
