• In the “Purchased Services” section of your dashboard, find the service for which you want to request a refund. Click on the service to view its details.

• Before requesting a refund, ensure that your service is eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility criteria generally include: The service was not delivered as described. There was a significant discrepancy between the service description and delivery. Technical issues on the platform prevented service completion.

Submit a Refund Request

• If your service meets the eligibility criteria, click on the “Cancel Order” and “Request Refund” button. Fill out the refund request form, providing detailed information about why you are requesting a refund. Be specific and provide any relevant evidence to support your claim.

Review and Processing
