Complete All Profile Sections

On their CoHostMarket Account Dashboard, service providers must first check their profile completion rate. Achieve a minimum 80% completion rate to pass our verification system, unlock all platform benefits, and trigger the verification of your profile for approval.

On the left side of the account dashboard, ensure all profile sections are under a green checkmark. If any section has a red checkmark, it means some information is missing or needs to be updated.

Make sure to complete these sections:

• Coverage Area
• Verification & Trust

Use a Professional Profile Photo

Upload a high-quality, professional photo that clearly shows your face. A friendly and approachable image helps build trust with potential clients. Professional photos enhance your profile’s attractiveness and credibility.

Write a Compelling Profile Overview

Add Detailed Descriptions to Management Packages

Ensure each of your management packages has a unique and detailed description.

Clearly outline what each package includes and how it benefits the client. Highlight the importance of offering multiple packages, as service providers can add up to three management packages. Mention the importance of using multiple pricing options (e.g., commission per booking, one-time payment, per hour, monthly) to attract more clients.

Verify Your Identity

Complete the ID verification process to earn a verified badge.

This increases your credibility and trustworthiness, making clients more likely to hire you. It’s important to note that a valid email is required to keep your account active, which is why we recommend using Gmail for maximum deliverability.

Phone verification can be done by SMS verification or phone call verification. Verify your ID to unlock the Verified Profile Badge, which can greatly increase profile exposure and visibility.

After completing your profile, preview it to ensure there are no mistakes with the added location address, service packages, commission type, and pricing. To preview your profile, sign in to your account dashboard, click on your profile image in the top right corner, and select "Preview Profile."
