Co-Host needed for June 2022 reservations in Austin, TX

We are looking for a co-host that is local to Austin. The host will meet guests, inspect the property after guests check out, oversee move-in/out of personal items to the storage unit, restock supplies (as needed), and act as the emergency contact for guests. Guest-related issues will be escalated to our house manager, Rae-Anne. This is a great job for someone looking to have occasional work since the house is used personally about half the time. We will have a cleaning company or our regular cleaner assist with the turnover.
