Airbnb Co-host / Property Manager in Oxford, UK

I am looking for someone to co-host my house: ideally to manage cleaning and guest communication. 

The house is my primary home:  I live in Oxford in UK and have been renting my house on weekends and when I go on holiday for the past few years.  The house is in a nice location---a one-mile walk/cycle across fields to get to downtown Oxford, but also backing onto the fields which often have deer or hay.  And it has 3 bedrooms and a nice living room with sliding doors. 

I love the place and have enjoyed sharing it with guests.  I have a fairly sensible system to prepare for guests, and things have generally gone well.  But  I sometimes get stressed by the continual communication and prep, particularly if I go somewhere with less good cell phone service.  So to continue long-term I'm keen to find someone to assist or primarily take over the management.

I live in New Marston in a 3-bed house that backs onto a field.  For the past few years I've also been renting my place when I go away on weekends or holiday.  I'd like to continue and rent a bit more---likely twice a month for weekends and a month or two of other travel.  But keeping up with all the rentals can be a bit much, particularly when I'm away, so I'm looking for someone to help manage---either with all of the management and cleaning or just virtually, with guest communication.
