I am seeking a proactive and dependable part-time property manager to oversee my rental properties as I manage them remotely. Given that I am seldom in the area, I need a local expert to act as my on the ground representative.

Responsibilites would include running errands related to the property such as acquiring storage units that allows hold harmless agreements for furniture to be sent to, stocking essentials, and overseeing maintenance and cleaning teams. You would ensure that the property remains well maintained and ready for new bookings by monitoring inventory, coordinating repairs, and updating the property as needed. Additionally, I would rely on you to ensure that the cleaning team takes comprehensive photos after each guest's stay and to address any issues promptly and efficiently.
