For CoHostMarket: Local Service Providers

Refunds are available if the profile has not been approved and verified by our team and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- No refunds are issued once the profile is approved and verified. This policy ensures we maintain a high standard of verified service providers.
For HostPro: Online Global Experts

Refunds are available if the membership has not been activated, used, or if no service has been published, and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

Online Service Offers and Digital Products

Digital Products:
- Refunds for digital products are available if the product is defective or doesn’t match its description.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Online Consultations
For Homeowners or Buyers Who Purchased an Online Consultation:

If your online consultation isn’t provided as scheduled or there’s a significant discrepancy between the description and delivery, you’re eligible for a refund.

Add-Ons for Service Providers and HostPro Members
Add-Ons for CoHostMarket Service Providers:

Refunds are available if add-ons haven't been activated or used.
- Once activated or used, refunds are not issued, ensuring fair use of resources.
Add-Ons for HostPro Members:
- Refunds are available under the same conditions as those for CoHostMarket service providers.
Interview Credits and Job Connects:
- Purchased Interview Credits and Job Connects are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used.
Interview Booking Fee
Interview Fee Refunds:

When a homeowner books an interview with a service provider, a $5 interview fee is charged. However, this fee is only deducted from the buyer’s bank account if the service provider approves the interview request within 48 hours.
- If the service provider does not approve or respond to the interview booking request within 48 hours, no payment will be taken from the buyer’s account.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days, ensuring a swift and fair resolution.
